Our Location in the beautiful Willamette Valley

The Homebase

We are located on 26 acres of fertile river-bottom soil in Creswell, Oregon. Our horses enjoy 24-hour pasture turnout with shelter, twice-daily supplemental feedings, and careful management of nutritional and metabolic needs. We strive to meet the individual needs of our resident horses, while providing them with the most natural environment possible. Our facility is being developed progressively, thoughtfully, with evidence-based horse welfare concepts as the primary guiding force. We offer boarding and lessons with Katie and are looking forward to hosting a variety of educational events with exceptional professionals in 2024 and beyond.

Instructors

Katie Ebbage offers private riding instruction for those wanting to work toward mastery in their horsemanship and riding. Katie’s 30+ years of work with horses, and an obsession with understanding horse needs and solving problems others have given up on, has led to a whole-horse system of training that encompasses everything from hoof care to advanced competition preparation. Katie looks for the root causes of “training” problems, and strives to produce happy, healthy athletes. It’s imperative that riders be able to function without their trainer coaching them at every moment, and Katie emphasizes and supports independence by filling in all of the details of the process that are often overlooked by traditional riding instructors.

Additionally, Katie LOVES supporting young professionals. If you think you might want to “go pro” and make a life with horses, Katie can help you on the path.

Katie can be reached at 541-505-0347
